Terms
Last updated: 30 October 2026
BookPana is provided by Niraa Multi Service, Tilottama-04, Rupandehi, Nepal (“we”). By using BookPana you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm that you may agree for that business.
The service
BookPana is online accounting and billing for small businesses in Nepal. Each company’s books are kept in a database of their own. We back them up every day and install updates for you. Features can change as BookPana improves.
Your account
The account owner decides who can use the account and what they can do, and is responsible for what they do in it. Each person should have their own sign-in. Keep passwords safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a free trial, normally 15 days, with no payment needed. When the trial ends, access stops until you choose a plan.
Plans and payment
Plans limit the companies you can use and the people working at the same time. Add-ons, such as Import Purchase, are paid for separately. We quote prices in Nepali rupees before you pay, and you pay in advance by bank transfer or QR. Your renewal date and amount are shown on your Billing page, and we remind you before the renewal date.
Any price change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before then.
If a payment is late
After the renewal date you can keep working for a short grace period, normally 7 days. After that, access closes until you pay. Your books are kept as described under “Leaving BookPana”.
Refunds
Fees are not refundable, including for the rest of a period when you stop early. We will refund the unused part if we cannot provide BookPana and do not fix the problem within a reasonable time, or where the law requires it.
Your data
Your books belong to you. We use them only to provide BookPana, as explained in our Privacy page. You must have the right to enter the information you put into BookPana.
Your records and taxes
BookPana helps you keep books and prepare reports. You and your accountant remain responsible for your entries, your VAT and tax returns, and for keeping the records Nepal’s laws require. Check reports before you file or rely on them.
Fair use
Do not use BookPana for anything illegal, including false invoices or false records. Do not try to break into it, disturb it, copy it or resell it. We may suspend an account that does this, or that puts BookPana or other customers at risk.
Availability and backups
We work to keep BookPana running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. It may be unavailable during updates, maintenance or faults. If books have to be restored from a backup, the most recent work may be lost, so keep your own exports of important records.
Leaving BookPana
You can stop at any time. You can export your reports, and you can ask us for a full copy of your books. After your subscription ends, we keep your books for 90 days so you can return or ask for a copy. After that we may delete them permanently. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
Limit of our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost business, fines or penalties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell account owners about important changes. If you keep using BookPana after that, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal will decide any dispute.
